SERVICES OVERVIEW

ADULT PERSONAL TRAINING

Personal training or small group sessions. We set consistent times to meet each week. We design your training program for you and guide you through your workouts. Sessions are typically 60 minutes.

Package option - purchase 20, 10, 5, or 1 session(s). Starting at $70/session +HST.

Integrated option - 2-4 personal training sessions /week, client app access for workout logging and additional programming to follow on your own, monthly 30 minute zoom call. Starting at $620/month +HST.


YOUTH SPORT TRAINING

Personal training or small group sessions for teens/teams in sports. We research their sport and identify the key strengths and physical attributes required to perform well. We design their training program for them and guide them through their workouts. Our ultimate aim is long-term athletic development - setting them up for success not only today but also years from now at higher levels of sport.

Package option - purchase 20, 10, 5, or 1 session(s). Starting at $70/session +HST.


ONLINE PROGRAMMING

We write your training for you each week to complete wherever you train. You will receive your workouts in the CoachRx app with full instructions, notes, and demo videos. You will log your workouts, include notes, and attach videos and will receive feedback and coaching.

Accessory programming - 1-3 weekly workouts to focus on key aspects of your fitness. $150/month

Programming - full weekly training program. $200/month.

Monthly zoom call - to discuss training and/or nutrition. $50/month.
